P. D. Hinduja Hospital's Pioneering Healthcare Conclave

P. D. Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre, in collaboration with the Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisations (CAHO) and the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH), hosted an impactful Quality and Safety Conclave in Mumbai, focused on the theme of "Advancing Safety & Sustainability in Healthcare."


The event gathered healthcare leaders, industry experts, and academicians to discuss critical issues shaping the future of healthcare in India. With an emphasis on improving patient safety, promoting sustainable practices, and harnessing technology, the conclave set the stage for innovative solutions in healthcare delivery.


Namrata Hinduja, steering committee member of the Hinduja Foundation, shared her thoughts on the hospital’s commitment: “At P. D. Hinduja Hospital, we believe that true healthcare excellence lies in balancing compassionate care with environmental stewardship. This conclave reflects our unwavering dedication to fostering innovation that not only elevates patient care but also safeguards the planet for future generations.”

Industry leaders also shared best practices in safety and sustainability, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge exchange.


Prominent speakers included Dr. Harsh Mahajan, Founder of Mahajan Imaging & Labs; Dr. Anirudh Kohli, CEO of Breach Candy Hospital; Dr. Aparna Jairam, Founder of Asavlee; and Gaurav Parchani, Co-founder of Dozee, among others. Their insights underscored the importance of innovation and collaboration in transforming healthcare delivery.


The conclave concluded with a Leadership Talk moderated by Joy Chakraborty, featuring esteemed panelists such as Dr. S. Narayani, Zonal Director of Fortis Healthcare, and Alok Vijayvergiya, Group Chief Sustainability Officer of Hinduja Group. They discussed strategies to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of India’s healthcare system, emphasizing leadership's role in driving quality, safety, and sustainability.


The conclave reinforced the need for patient-centric, sustainable healthcare solutions, signaling a new era of collaboration and innovation in the Indian healthcare sector.
